CREATIVE SPIRIT DANCING presents: Zaghareet Magazine’s “Best Kept Secret of 2005” Zaghareet Magazine's Instructor of the
Year for 2008 SAQRA September 12 - 13, 2009—Omaha, NE
Saqra is a powerful dance artist and master instructor. Her fluidity, grace, and technical skill is enhanced
by her friendly demeanor and clear joy of the dance.

Saqra has placed or won a stunning number of competitions beginning in 1988 -titles really too numerous
to list-but stopped competing in 2001 due to her extensive teaching/travel calendar and her event production schedule.
In her band, the Mediterranean Raqs Band, she plays lead melodic on the keyboard.
It is her firm belief that every
dancer has their own natural and achieved style and that no dancer should be required to copy someone else exactly. She believes
there is a freedom in the natural movement of Oriental Dance that should allow the blooming of the personal style and spirit
of the dancer. Saqra approaches instructing with a genuine love for the individual student.
